Monsieur le sous pr\u00e9fet a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 que la d\u00e9marche de participation citoyenne consiste \u00e0 sensibiliser les habitants en les associant \u00e0 la protection de leur propre environnement. Il a insist\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau de solidarit\u00e9 de voisinage en cette veille de d\u00e9part en vacances. Monsieur le Commissaire Divisionnaire a indiqu\u00e9 que les citoyens \u00abr\u00e9f\u00e9rents\u00bb s\u2019engageaient \u00e0 signaler \u00e0 la police les mouvements suspects dans leurs quartiers. Monsieur GOUY a rappel\u00e9 les attentes de la\u00a0 population en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et esp\u00e8re que la mise en place du dispositif \u00ab Citoyens Vigilants \u00bb permettra de maintenir et m\u00eame augmenter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des habitants, il ne s\u2019agit en aucun cas d\u2019intrusion dans la vie priv\u00e9e, mais d\u2019une simple attention \u00e0 ce qui peut para\u00eetre anormal dans son environnement et le signaler aux autorit\u00e9s de\u00a0 Police. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la tranquillit\u00e9 publique est un droit pour tous les citoyens.
