Serge Ottaviani (L\u2019Observateur du Douaisis) ont permis de (re) d\u00e9couvrir Victor Hugo, artiste peintre. En parall\u00e8le l\u2019article de Didier Margerin (Voix du Nord) a permis  d\u2019attirer de nombreux visiteurs poss\u00e9dant une toile de Victor Hugo et m\u00eame des descendants de l\u2019artiste peintre\u2026<br> Merci \u00e0 tous les artistes ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 Mme Larivi\u00e8re qui a organis\u00e9 ce tr\u00e8s bel \u00e9v\u00e9nement !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le rendez-vous culturel \u00e9tait \u00e0 Loffre ce week-end.
