\/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>En ouverture de cette assembl\u00e9e, Monsieur le Maire rappela le dynamisme de l\u2019association et remercia ses membres pour leur participation active \u00e0 la vie du village et notamment \u00e0 l\u2019exposition \u00ab\u00a0Parcours de Poilus Loffriens morts pour la France\u00a0\u00bb, au tournoi de football, \u00e0 la f\u00eate du village et au T\u00e9l\u00e9thon. Monsieur le Maire, pr\u00e9cisa que le conseil municipal lors de sa derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance avait allou\u00e9 une subvention de 400 \u20ac pour l\u2019association. Monsieur le Maire profita de cette occasion pour saluer le travail de Monsieur Joseph BOUREL, Pr\u00e9sident depuis 2007. En effet, Monsieur Joseph BOUREL, pour des raisons personnelles ayant d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter le village ne sollicitera pas un nouveau mandat de pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est avec une certaine \u00e9motion que Monsieur Joseph BOUREL d\u00e9clara l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Anciens Combattants de Loffre et entama l\u2019ordre du jour et notamment l\u2019\u00e9lection de son nouveau Pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p>Le bureau proposa la candidature de Monsieur Jean-Marie CH\u0152UR et sollicita les membres de l\u2019association pour demander s\u2019il y avait d\u2019autres candidatures. Aucune n\u2019ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e, Monsieur Jean-Marie CH\u0152UR \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9\u00a0des membres pr\u00e9sents succ\u00e8dera donc \u00e0 Monsieur Joseph BOUREL.<\/p>\n<p>Monsieur Jean-Marie CH\u0152UR remercia chaleureusement les membres de l\u2019association pour son \u00e9lection ainsi que Monsieur Joseph BOUREL pour les 10 ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cette r\u00e9union, le nouveau bureau a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des membres pr\u00e9sents\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monsieur Ren\u00e9 SOBKOWIAK, Vice-pr\u00e9sident,<\/li>\n<li>Monsieur Jean-Luc ANSART, Tr\u00e9sorier,<\/li>\n<li>Monsieur Ernest DUPUIS, Vice-tr\u00e9sorier,<\/li>\n<li>Monsieur Jean-Claude GOTELAERE, Secr\u00e9taire,<\/li>\n<li>Monsieur Pierre TISON, Vice-secr\u00e9taire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le rapport d\u2019activit\u00e9s de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016 ainsi que les comptes 2016 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et adopt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des membres pr\u00e9sents. Par la suite ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es, les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies officielles de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017, plus particuli\u00e8rement une sortie pr\u00e9vue le Samedi 13 Mai \u00e0 Paris afin de visiter le mus\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Arc de Triomphe, participer \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de ravivage de la flamme \u00e0 la tombe du soldat inconnu. Un repas \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole militaire est pr\u00e9vu et le d\u00e9placement est assur\u00e9 en car de tourisme.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019association souhaite mobiliser les jeunes en cr\u00e9ant \u00ab\u00a0les passeurs de m\u00e9moires\u00a0\u00bb et lance un appel aux jeunes enfants de Loffre pour \u00eatre 1er porte drapeau.
