et Monsieur les conseillers D\u00e9partementaux, Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes de C\u0153ur d\u2019Ostrevent, du Conseil Municipal, des enseignants de l\u2019\u00e9cole Henri Matisse et de nombreux r\u00e9sidants de la commune, l\u2019inauguration des travaux de mise en accessibilit\u00e9, de construction d\u2019une serre et de r\u00e9novation thermique de l\u2019\u00e9cole Henri Matisse. <strong>Monsieur BOCQUET <\/strong>S\u00e9nateur Maire de MARQUILLIES,<strong> retenu par ses obligations n\u2019a pu participer \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s avoir fait la visite de la r\u00e9alisation des travaux, Monsieur le Maire avec Monsieur le Sous-pr\u00e9fet, Monsieur le Conseiller D\u00e9partemental et Monsieur le D\u00e9put\u00e9 ont d\u00e9voil\u00e9 la plaque install\u00e9e sur le pignon de l\u2019\u00e9cole portant la devise de notre R\u00e9publique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est dans la salle polyvalente que Monsieur le Maire pronon\u00e7a son discours pour expliquer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la teneur des travaux et leurs dur\u00e9es. Il pr\u00e9senta \u00e9galement les acteurs du projet, Architecte, bureau de contr\u00f4le et les entreprises titulaires des march\u00e9s publics. Monsieur le Maire rappela au public le co\u00fbt des travaux, s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 130\u00a0505.42 \u20ac TTC et les subventions qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9es pour ce projet et plus particuli\u00e8rement\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au titre de la r\u00e9serve parlementaire de Monsieur le S\u00e9nateur BOCQUET, 20\u00a0000 \u20ac,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au titre de la DETR (Dotation d\u2019Equipement des Territoires Ruraux),<\/strong> pour les travaux de r\u00e9novation thermique et de construction d\u2019une serre, 18\u00a0281,14 \u20ac repr\u00e9sentant 25% des travaux estim\u00e9s \u00e0 73\u00a0124,65 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>38\u00a0281,14 \u20ac de subventions ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues, soit 35,20 % du montant total de travaux de 108\u00a0754,52 \u20acHT.<\/p>\n<p>Le reste \u00e0 charge de la commune s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 92 986,45 \u20ac en autofinancement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, pour terminer Monsieur le Maire remercia l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de ce projet. Il laissa ensuite la parole \u00e0 Monsieur le D\u00e9put\u00e9, puis \u00e0 Monsieur le Conseiller D\u00e9partemental et Monsieur le Sous-pr\u00e9fet. Chacun d\u2019entre eux mit en exergue le dynamisme de la commune de Loffre et l\u2019importance de la place de l\u2019\u00e9cole dans notre r\u00e9publique.
